Introduction

     

HETAIEC toothed roll crusher is a set of advanced crushing equipment optimal developed based on the foreign roller crusher design construction and principle, and combined with domestic users’ actual usage condition. It can realize one machine with multiple functions, such as fine crushing machine, crushing machine, crushing and grinding machine, reduce the fragmentation process greatly.

Working Principle

The particles are drawn into the gap between the rolls by their rotating motion and a friction angle formed between the rolls and the particle, called the nip angle. The two rolls force the particle between their rotating surface into the ever smaller gap area, and it fractures from the compressive forces presented by the rotating rolls.

HETAIEC Toothed roll crusher is applicable to electric power, coal, metallurgy, mining, chemical industry, building materials, refractory, cement, glass, ceramics and other industries, can be used for intermediate and fine crushing ofcoal, coal gangue, shale, limestone, slag, cement, sulfur, alum rock materials, this product is particularly applicable to large raw coal crushing of large-scale coal mine or coal preparation plant (including gangue). It is also suitable for the crushing of thermal power plant, coal mine raw coal, coking coal thermal coal, circulate fluidized bed boiler coal and coal gangue, sintering, raw materials, coke, limestone crusher of iron and steel industry, coal chemical industry petroleum coke, chemical industry material, electronic industry silica, carbon industry carbon lump, solar industry waste glass tube, concrete industry quicklime and bituminous materials or similar occasions.
